Shipping policy

There are three options available - Express, Standard and Saturday Delivery

Orders will be delivered by either DPD, EVRI or Royal Mail. The carrier is selected by our fulfilment centre during the packing and dispatch process. Unfortunately you are unable to select a particular carrier. 

Express Delivery - £5.75 

Despatch from warehouse: Orders received before 1pm Mon-Fri will be processed and despatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm Mon-Fri or on the weekend will be processed on the next working day*. 

Cost: £5.75

Courier deliveries are Monday to Friday; excluding bank holidays.

*Working days are Monday to Friday; excluding bank holidays.

This rate applies to mainland UK only. Some areas are subject to delivery surcharges, including the Republic of Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and the Channel Islands.

Standard Delivery - £4.75

Despatch from warehouse: Orders received before 1pm Mon-Fri will be processed and despatched that day. Orders placed after 1pm or on Saturday or Sunday's will be processed on the next working day. Standard deliveries will be received within 3-5 working days.*

Cost: £4.75

Saturday Delivery - £10.50

Saturday Express Shipping is available if you order after 1pm Thursday and before 1pm on Friday and would like to receive your order on Saturday.

Order Tracking

Order tracking will be emailed/text to you by the courier. Once received you will have the option to edit your delivery details or request that your parcel is left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

Can I change delivery address or method?

Customers are strongly advised to ensure the delivery name and address details are complete and correct at the point of purchase.

What happens if I'm not home when delivery is attempted?

If you are not home to sign for delivery, a second delivery attempt will be made on the next working day. To re-arrange delivery, please follow the instructions on the email/text message.


Christmas, Black Friday & Bank Holiday deliveries

These are busy periods for retailers and the postal services. We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified, but please allow an extra day for despatch and delivery during these periods.

Occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control e.g. adverse weather conditions, an incomplete delivery address. We will inform you if we become aware of an issue with delivery of your order, and do everything that we can to get your order to you.
